Our new facility in Euless, Texas

After years at our current production facility, we are excited to announce that SouthLoft is moving into our very own building. This marks a major milestone in our journey. From humble garage shop beginnings to now operating in a significantly larger industrial space, this move represents more than growth. It represents a commitment to serving our clients at a higher level. This move gives us the ability to continue our journey towards being a high volume furniture manufacturer.

With more room to build, create, and collaborate, we’re expanding our ability to deliver high-quality commercial furniture and residential furniture with greater efficiency and precision. Here’s what this new chapter means for you.

These samples that are in-production will be able to be seen and shared from our new showroom space.

Dedicated Showroom & Design Space

One area our previous space lacked was a dedicated place to fully showcase our work. Our new showroom—(which is currently under construction) will change that.

This space will allow clients, interior designers, and business owners to experience SouthLoft furniture in person. From wood finishes and metalwork to scale and construction, you’ll be able to see and feel the quality firsthand.

If you’re considering a custom piece, the showroom will feature a wide range of material samples and finish options to help you dial in every detail. It will also serve as a collaborative design space where we can sit down together, review ideas, and bring your vision to life with clarity and confidence.

More space means we can set our shop up in a way that flows and has ample space for moving large pieces of furniture around during the production process.

Built for High Volume Furniture Manufacturing

Our new facility is designed with scale in mind. As a high volume furniture manufacturer, having the right layout is critical—not just for speed, but for consistency and quality.

The expanded shop includes dedicated areas for fabrication, finishing, and assembly, allowing our team to operate with greater precision and less interruption. This structured workflow helps us maintain a high standard across large production runs while still delivering the attention to detail expected from custom furniture.

For our clients, this means dependable output whether you’re ordering a single piece or furnishing an entire space.

One example of how this new space will help us increase efficiency is shown above. In our previous space we only had the ability to use one bel-sander, and now our new space can handle two. This doubles the speed of this operation.

Expanded Capabilities for High Volume Projects

As we continue to grow, so does our ability to support larger-scale commercial work. Our new space allows us to better handle bulk orders, coordinate complex builds, and maintain consistency across high-volume projects.

For restaurant owners, hospitality groups, and designers, this means a continued dependable partner—one that can scale with your needs while still delivering quality products.

Same SouthLoft Quality You’ve Come to Expect

While a lot is changing, the most important thing is staying the same.

Our commitment to craftsmanship, attention to detail, and customer service remains at the core of everything we do. Every piece that leaves our shop will continue to reflect the same standards that built SouthLoft from day one.

We’re not changing who we are—we’re building the space to become even better at it.

What’s Next

We’re still putting the finishing touches on the new shop and showroom, and we’re excited to share more as the space comes together. In the near future, we’ll be welcoming clients into the showroom for consultations, walkthroughs, and a closer look at our process.

This move isn’t just a new space, but an investment in our clients, our craft, and the future of SouthLoft.
