First contact
No matter how you find us, reaching out is always the first step. Regardless if you have every aspect of your furniture needs figured out, or want some expert input on your design SouthLoft is here to help you.
Giving as much detailed information with your contact form or email will help us best serve you.
Customer consultation
After introductions and some basic information on your needs, we will conduct a consolation to gain full clarity on the project. This consultation can be conducted in-person or over the phone.
Topics of discussion will include:
- Project budget
- Project timeline
- Design
- Material choices
- Delivery and installation requirements
Learn about the materials we use
Design
Once the consultation is complete and an initial deposit is paid we can begin the true design process.
The design process includes:
- 3d renders of your piece
- Material samples
- Design revisions based on your feedback
- Updated cost based on design and material selection
Production & Delivery
After we have finalize the design with you, our team will begin the production process. Beginning with order the required materials, building your piece and finishing it with the highest quality stains and sealers.
Lastly if needed, delivery and installation of the piece will take place.
